one of those days...

How is it already 7 am?  How is it that the sky is already turning a soft blue, the clouds are hiding the sunrise from me, but it's definitely a gentle blue with a tinge of orange/pink at the edges of the clouds. My sweet babies are already sleeping for their second nap of the day.  We've been up since about 330 am, so I am fairly positive mommy is going to nap later today when they do.

I decided against trying to go back to sleep for the hour they would give me this morning, rightfully so, as they played for a good hour before being tired again.  By then I was wide awake, so I made good use of the first nap.  I started unquilting the quilt I am working on.

I am annoyed by it, not going to even remotely dispute that fact. It's a gift I want it to be perfect.  Well as perfect as possible.  I tried a new thread.  Not impressed at all.  Maybe it will work okay on my actual sewing machines, but I am done with it on the longarm.  I am beyond stressed and annoyed with it.  And having to remove almost 18 inches of finished work is not putting me in my happy place.  It is going to take at least a day if not longer to pull it all out.  Cripes at this rate it will be another week before it is gifted. Yes, I am seriously irritated. It's my own fault, I should have stopped and checked it more frequently.

Once I pull it all out, I will switch back the thread that I know creates a beautiful stitch, regardless of all the fuzz it also produces.  At least I will be able to finish the quilt and have it look great.  So sadly, afternoon kennel nap is going to be spent bending over the longarm frame tediously removing stitches one at a time. Pretty sure I am going to spend this morning working on my sweater so I am at least calm, well sort of...

I am not loving the color of the yarn nearly as much in my sweater as I did in the ball, it's striping, I am not a stripe person. But it is turning out so pretty, I will go ahead and finish it.  If I end up not in love, I add it to my inventory and get a different yarn to make one for myself.  Everyone that has looked at it thus far really likes it, so we'll see what it looks like finished.  The other challenge is that the front is designed to be shorter than the back so lining those stripes up is going to be a blast.  Yep, that is serious sarcasm there.

All I can say is that next time I decide to tell the universe that I want to sharpen and develop my skills I need to be far more specific.  Because everything is proving to be a challenge.  I might need to narrow it down to one specific craft at a time.  Somewhere I need a safe spot to create the things that simply bring me joy without any deep thought required.

It's all good.  I am fairly sure it is just the exhaustion, but double barrel disappointment is not something I am excited about. Maybe I just need to slow down and ask myself what the lesson I am supposed to be learning is.  Am I so wrapped up in completing the project, in the time allotted by puppy naps that I am not taking time to make sure everything is working correctly and taking the time to check?  Might be a good day to slow it down and do some extra meditation.

I think today is a day that it is best I work alone.  I am not doing well with peopling - and I'm the only people that I am dealing with. Some days it's better to simply stay to yourself.  Today... might be that day.  Everything seems to be slightly off center.  Maybe I will feel more focused and centered after putting myself in time out.  Okay that humored me, although I might just need to write a list of things I am grateful for, that usually flips the switch for me.

What works for you when you feel like nothing is going the way you want it to?  I am definitely open to suggestions!

I was finally able to get a picture of Hubs in his Christmas sweater, I am really pleased with how it turned out and I am in love with the yarn I used for it. It looks great on him and he says its nice and warm.  Perfect for this 7 degree morning.

I think I need to focus on the successes this morning, the others won't feel so annoying. I guess we all have days like this, they are just so rare for me anymore that I am not at all used to it and might be losing my skill set on dealing with disappointments.  Although fixing things has definitely led to a quick morning.  Hubs is already off to start his day, he's got a busy morning lined up.

I used to pray for days when the clock flew fast, especially on a Friday.  Now that I have my own schedule and plan my days they have a steady flow to them.  I don't watch the clock anymore.  Although I do find myself surprised like today, when it seems that only an hour or so has passed and I find it's more than four hours into the day.

Well my sweet puppies are starting to stir, so it's time to do the morning potty and play routine.  This day will end up being wonderful... and I will find the lessons needing learned from the struggles.

intrigue in the wee hours...

Our sweet babies are curled at my feet, not really sleeping, not really awake.  They sleep really great from about 7 pm to 2 am, after they go back to sleep they don't really stay asleep.  Usually we are up by 4 am, they need another potty break and some food.  They are just babies.  Momma is a bit tired, so is Daddy.  I'm sitting here with them, he's down in the man-cave trying to rest a bit longer.  His music is making my eyes heavy, but I can only handle being woken up twice in one night.

I know this is simply a season, soon they will be able to sleep through the night.  Soon they will outgrow some of things that make me a bit crazy right now.  My floors are cleaner than they have ever been, I mop them multiple times a day - you can guess why. And puppy toys are just as painful as legos when they are hidden in with the carpeting.

I am leaning into this moment in time.  Because their sweet loving faces and personalities fill my heart with pure love and joy.  I have definitely missed the unquestionable love of a dog. They are so sweet and trusting.  Even ones that have been given reasons to not trust.

When they woke us up the first time I got wrapped up in reading an article about "Old Christmas" and the Appalachian beliefs and stories.  It was absolutely fascinating and even though my eyes were heavy and shutting I read most of it before drifting back to sleep.  I finished when they woke me the second time.  I am that person that notices when things keep popping up for me, and right now I am wondering why the switch from the Julian calendar to the Gregorian calendar is so prevalent this week.  How have I gone my whole life and never really known about it?

It seems like almost daily stories are showing up in different ways that draw my attention back to it, to the lost days, to the moving of holidays and simple changes that I was never really aware of. It's truly fascinating.  And now that it is at the forefront of my thoughts, I want to learn even more about it.  There are many different reasons, some semi-make sense, others feel like blatant lies.  To find out there are countries that are on other calendars was a bit of mind blowing information.  I mean, how do you get to the age I am and not realize that.

I think I first glimpsed a bit of it last year when our son's girlfriend lost her Dad.  She was hurting so much, compounded because evidently he passed on his birthday.  She hadn't known it was his birthday because in her birth country the dates fall differently than here. I was perplexed, but didn't want to ask too many questions while she was hurting so much.  As life moved on, it drifted to the back of my mind and I forgot about it.

I have always been a huge history nut.  I love visiting the old sites, learning as much as I can about all of it. So I am equally puzzled as to why I am just now learning some of this.  And some of it is making me more curious than ever about things that no longer make sense.

I had never realized that there are religious faiths that still celebrate Christmas in January - at the time of Old Christmas.  I also have often wondered about things like the 12 days of Christmas and the conflicting thoughts around when it truly is.  When I lived in Greece this non-Catholic learned about Epiphany and thought I understood how all of that ties in.  Now I am even more convinced I understand very little.

I guess we don't learn things until we are ready to learn them.  I am not sure how deeply I want to dive in and explore this, but I am very intrigued and the more tidbits that come my way the more interested I am. Some how, things seem a bit more twisted than we have been led to believe.  I doubt we will ever know the true story about many things, that they will always be a bit more vague and misty than we will ever know.  Time does that.  I am a naturally curious person, I like to learn and understand. I am learning to accept that there are many things that defy understanding.  Things that linger, forever lost in time.

Just took the puppies outside for the third time this morning, to discover that it had started to softly snow. Not enough to really matter, but definitely enough to count as the babies first snow. They didn't really know what to think about it, do you eat it, do you avoid it, or just sit in it?  They moved on to simply romping for a few moments, doing their business and then Belle headed to the front step, she wasn't impressed.  Beau was not done trying to explore it when I brought him in.  The 7 degrees had more to do with the brevity than the snow.

Well, Hubs is awake, puppies are back asleep and I need to start thinking about fixing breakfast before he starts his day.

following dreams...

Normal start to a normal day.  I love this new normal.  Pups are snoozing at my feet, the fire is warm and toasty.  The wind is blowing the chimes playing a beautiful melody.  Hubs is working downstairs.  All before 5 am.  Got smart last night, went to bed when puppies did.  Super early, but the sleep deprivation was getting to us.

Feeling a bit like I have had too much sleep today.  7 straight hours feels like I'm having a sleep hangover, after almost two weeks of maybe 5 or 6 hours.  We'll see how long it takes for the effects of a full night's sleep to wear off. Our sweet babies are 8 full weeks old today, soon they will have their first two shots and be able to go for longer walks outside.  They will be able to meet the neighbors and start on their journey to being well socialized, well trained pups.  Oh my!  What a journey it will be.  Thankfully, they are both smart and are already learning so much.

I'm hoping to work on the quilt today.  It will all depend on the puppies.  And Hubs work schedule.  He has a super early conference call every Wednesday morning that he takes from his home office.  Which also happens to be where my longarm is.  So I am going to work on another UFO upstairs until that is over.  I feel it would be quite rude to be sewing while he is trying to hear and speak.  I really want it done this week though, so I need to get a bit more organized.

I finished the first UFO yesterday and will hopefully deliver it to my girl today.  It's odd how those little accomplishments, can make one feel well... accomplished, successful, on track.  As I was finishing up the hat my girl requested I was thinking about it in depth.  Remembering when I first learn to knit, ironically to make a sweater vest for her as a little one.  I remember how hard I struggled with it, how I felt it would not become a lifelong hobby as I really wasn't doing a very good job.  It took me years to figure out how to knit.  I had a massive creative block where it was concerned. My brain could not complete the actions.

Put a crochet hook in my hands and I could do anything I decided I wanted to do.  But two sticks, goodness what kind of sorcery was that? I refused to give up, I was determined to master it.  Over 35 years later, I am not so sure I have mastered it, but it is my preferred needlework.  Oh I still crochet, particularly when I want something done quickly.  Yet as I was correcting a problem yesterday in the final row of the hat when a needle slid out and I dropped stitches, I remembered frogging (tearing out) many projects because of that very issue.

I was thinking about how much I enjoy creating some things.  A lot of family and friends have commented on the gifts I have made over the years.  I have sold a few of them as well and done a bit of commissioned work.  I am always my worst critic, never feeling that it was good enough, embarrassed at what I had given.  Looking back, there were a few beginner pieces that probably deserved those thoughts, but for the most part, I can hold my head up with pride when I finish a piece now.  Yet oddly, some of those slightly misshapen early pieces hold the most joy for me.

As I was finishing up I started to think about the time it takes to become skilled.  And also the passion it takes to stay true to what you are creating.  My younger sister is incredible at making afghans.  I love the work she does.  They are so pretty and some are complex.  I envy her.  Can I crochet, absolutely, it was my first craft I mastered.  I have made many, many things, and I am more than capable to make afghans, in fact I have made a fair number.  I loathe making afghans.  If you have one that I made, know it was a pure act of love, because I truly despise making them.  And I am not really sure why.  The only thing I can figure is that they take such a time commitment to a single stitch or series of stitches and my attention span is far too short for that. The memory of the weeks I spent working on full sized afghans causes me a good amount of anxiety.  The memories are not pleasant.  My only hope of an afghan is that she will take mercy on me and make me one.  Who knows I might commission her to do so.

My other sister has a Cricut, she creates so many wonderful projects.  I keep trying to convince her to sell them, to create a business out of it.  I hear her echoing my own words for many years.  If I do it for a living will I still love doing it?  I get it.  I truly understand. But dang, she's so talented.  I hope I can manage to pull off even a bit of what she has accomplished when I finally get to try mine, maybe a year from now?

I have a both a sister and a friend that are masterful at capturing pictures.  They can frame them in such a way that you feel drawn into the moment.  You can imagine the scene, smell the smells and hear the sounds captured in that moment.  Makes me wonder how many pictures didn't make the cut.  How many times did they discard those other photo's to capture that one precious moment?

When we become good at a skill it isn't because we picked it up one day and poof like magic we mastered it.  How many times have I unwound a project, picked stitches out of a quilt (like last night - I switched to a new kind of thread and I'm still working on the tension), how many batches of soap are strictly for home use because ugghhh?  I have candles that burn perfectly wonderful, but look a fright.  The first stuffed toy I made had his head on upside down.  It's all about the journey.  The time you put into it.  The dedication to mastering the craft.

When you are passionate about it, it's magical.  When you are simply going through the motions... well... you get the picture.

As I thought about those things and finished the hat, I treasured my own gifts and silently celebrated those around me that don't give up. I'm cheering for everyone that is willing to step out of their comfort zone and learn something knew, to follow their dreams and passions.

Well puppies are awake and wired, Hubs is wandering around with a grumbling belly and the day is ready to start.

basking in the sunshine...

Warm fire, even warmer sunshine on my face and sleeping puppies.  All of the coziness is betraying the bitterness of cold outside. It's so quiet and peaceful right now. I'm starting to get in the swing of doing things on puppy time.  Ya know, just like baby time.  This morning's nap led to me being able to load a quilt.  Playtime with Daddy meant a shower for mom.  It's definitely the little things. Only bummer is that they got under the sofa to sleep before I could put them in their kennel so I could head down and work on my quilt for this nap.  It's okay, I have other projects to work on.

I started my UFO (unfinished objects - not aliens) list yesterday.  Just off the top of my head I have 14 items on it.  They range from big projects to little ones that just need to be finished.  Things that stopped due to surgery, presents, etc.  I have decided that I am only going to work off of that list, until it is cleared, then I will start new projects.  I want those all done.  I am in a completion mood.  Things must be finished. Between nap times and play times, I am hoping to complete a few of them before Friday, at least the most pressing two items on the list.  They should have been finished in December, but... well... puppies.

As I was making that list, I also started pondering all of the supplies I have for everything in my house.  And decided that I am going to work on using it up.  The scraps of fabric can become scrap quilts, the yarn will make some fun kids hats, I am going to make some rebatch soaps and get some of my wood-working projects finished and finally get my roving spun into something useful - not just soft and beautiful.

I also was gifted a Cricut Maker 3 for Christmas (thank you baby girl) - with all the fun stuff (both of my babies got me the stuff) to create for days.  I need to get a different computer to use it, but I had planned on a new laptop this year anyhow, I just need to finish a few things before I get to play with that beast!  I can see it tying in so nicely with all my other projects. The research I've done so far... well my head is exploding with possibilities. And my fingers are itching to get using it!

Hubs and I are trying to figure out how to set up my portion of the basement so that I can easily access all of it, my Cricut, Longarm and also the Featherweight or 99K that we want to put down there.  We are hoping to make the whole area functional.

It's also finally time to explore how I intend make my shop.  And then make a decision.  I am not a huge fan of selling, I love to create.  Although I feel I am going to need a multi-front approach if I am going to be successful.  I am looking into a couple of "craft" stores to potentially have a full time booth.  I am not 100% opposed to opening an Etsy shop, but as an Etsy shopper I feel that it is so overwhelmed.  I am still working on a webpage, although that is not my strong suit so... And I am also considering making the jump into doing live craft shows as they are starting to reopen. So many decisions. Hubs will ultimately take over this portion.  It is his strong suit. There is a reason my business cards say Creator in Chief.  I also need to decide if offering classes is something I should be tackling with new puppies.

As you can see, I am working myself into a state that will lead to having the inability to do anything.  Which is why I am working on staying still at the moment, making lists to work through and processing it into small bites. There are things I thought I wanted, but the more I research and learn, I realize that is not what I want at all.  There are other things that are popping up on the journey that are definitely intriguing me and drawing my attention in.

Life truly is about experiences.  It is about learning and growing.  I hope I never stop doing those things.  For me, creating is very important.  I guess that is why I have so very many hobbies.  On the flip side, as we are heading into the slightly longer days, I am already starting to day dream about my gardens and how to make them as productive and useful as I possibly can.  The last few trips to the grocery store assured me that supplies are definitely limited and I want to make sure we have the things we like.  Again, more research needed.

Gotta admit, there are many times in life that I feel my education definitely did not provide me with the information that would be important to me. I am fairly positive that I have never once used algebra, although I do often use basic geometry skills.  I would have loved learning more about being self-sufficient.  I literally saw a post the other day from a mother looking for sewing classes for her teen, because it wasn't something she could learn in school. My head hurts with it all.

Well, puppies will be waking soon, laundry needs switched over and I need to plan lunch.  The fire is dying out and the day is waiting...

bright new day...

The sun is breaking over the horizon.  The first sunrise that we have seen in this new year.  The other two have simply been a soft lightening of the gray sky. Today it's bright, cheery, energizing and promising.

I have enjoyed this start to the year.  My youngest grand baby has been hanging around (a lot), I'd love to believe it is just to see me and grandpa, but we aren't delusional we are well aware it's the puppies that are drawing her to spend time with us. Hopefully, she is enjoying the tea parties, playing in sand, and doing crafts also.  I am simply celebrating the cuddles I got yesterday before she went home after almost 5 hours hanging out with us.

We also spent hours enjoying time with dear friends.  It felt wonderful to just enjoy chatting, cooking, laughing, eating and simply being together with people that are important in our lives.  I definitely believe that this is going to be an ongoing thing this year.  Spending time with friends.  Enjoying things that are outside the realm of careers and/or jobs.

For too long all our time together with any friends was "work" based, talking about work issues, experiences, things... That didn't happen, at all. It was incredible! Most of our friends were met and the friendships developed as a result of work so it was only natural that is where conversations flowed.  I noticed that Hubs and I have richer conversations now that we aren't both deeply engaged in the same work.  It's beautiful.

I've spent the morning chasing my little terror twins, Beau has been the stinker today.  He's taken off running with the garland from the tree, found a crumb under the chair that was somehow missed, removed the ribbon from the basket that sits by the tree, tried to remove a few ornaments, he's run and played like a little demon.  Of course he crashes faster than his sister.  So while he is so very busy and hard to keep up with for a few moments of time, it is definitely short lived.

It has definitely cemented my decision to take the tree down today, I normally enjoy it a bit longer, but this year.  The stress is not worth it, I have been collecting ornaments my entire life and have several that are far older than me, I can't replace them or the memories if pups bring it down.  Besides, for the first time in my life, I'm ready to remove it all. I'm ready for fresh and clear.

One of my focus areas this year is getting rid of excess.  I had planned to go through all of the Christmas boxes and eliminate stuff that I simply don't use.  Puppies have put a different spin on that.  I will wait until summer to go through them and sort and organize it all.  For now, I will just take it all down.

That sun is deceiving.  I was just outside helping Hubs, the darn latch on the tailgate snapped in the cold again.  It's so annoying and frustrating.  All fairness it is saying a mere 10 degrees outside.  The bed of the truck is loaded with wood from yesterday.  We'd not unloaded so we could enjoy the grand, our friends and be present with the puppies. I could not believe how very cold it is.  Now I am sitting inside, with the "false security" sun shining on me and enjoying the roaring fire my sweet Hubs built to thaw us out.

Gotta say I am off to a very lazy start this month.  Anyone else? I have things to do, I have projects to finish and ones I want to start.  But this slow, family and friend based time has been healing my weary spirit. I've been moving in slow motion.  I'm not quite ready to get busy, although I feel the energy building.  I feel the desire to step out of this box I have put myself in, I'm just not ready to do it.  I am enjoying slow for a moment longer.

No matter where you are on your journey... love and peace my friends...

baby it's cold...

brrrr... when Mother Nature turns off the heat she really turns it off! Just three days ago, the last day of 2021 I was outside dying in my sweatshirt raking up the last of the leaves from my neighbors trees.  Trying to make it easier for me to clean up after puppies.  It was almost balmy it was so very, very warm.  Now it's all of 18 degrees out there and everything is covered with a fine coating of ice crystals.

I prefer snow to ice everyday of the week.  With the new knee, I'm even more freaked out by ice.  I've fallen on that stupid stuff more times that I want to count.  Broken a wrist bone because of it, had enough bruises that I will never forget, so right now, I am thankful that it is just a crunchy coating. I am definitely fearful when it comes to ice. I hoping the ground is not cold enough for it to last.

I need to make a quick run to the store, they were out of most things yesterday and I need a couple of items that I hope are back in stock.  I am waiting a bit, it's supposed to warm as the day goes on and I've never driven the truck on ice glazed roads my bug I felt super confident in. So maybe I'll just wait a smidgen of time.

Finally got the pups back to sleep and sweet Hubs has gone back to bed in the silence.  I am enjoying the last day of my Christmas decorations.  I will take them all down tomorrow.  I wasn't ready yesterday and we have dear friends coming to visit today.  Why not enjoy another day of festivities?

Hubs and I spent the morning watching a movie that was recommended to me.  It was definitely not a movie I would normally watch, with a cast I am not overly fond of despite their incredible skill as actors.  Yet in an odd way it has me thinking, pondering.  "Don't Look Up", it's a dark comedy as they called it.  I will agree with the dark part, sadly too much of it speaks to the world we are living in at this time for me ever to find comedy in it.

It was disturbing.  It was a mirror in a fun house at the carnival.  Some of it was definitely meant to reflect the way many see our world at this time, some of it was deflection.  The end of it was very prophetic in an over the top, unrealistic Hollywood way.  I found it much like happening on a tragic car accident, you want to look away, you don't want to see it, but you are drawn in.

I'm not sure that was the best way to start my day, sleep might have been better, but two fur babies said no way to that. I really wanted to see what it was about, based on the referral to watch it.

We have been living through a very strange time in our collective history.  Not just in our country, but around the entire planet.  People seem so divided, so polarized, so self-centered.  I know that I have personally pulled myself back from relationships that fall into that category.  I am drawn to being around people that despite their differences want to be part of a collective.  That work together, not push apart. I cherish the tribe of people that I am a part of, I hope it continues to grow.

Just a bit ago I was reading a post on Nextdoor, it was a sweet woman offering up the extra food she cooks (I come from a large family and completely understand being stuck not knowing how to cook for fewer) to anyone in need.  It was such a warm and caring gesture.  To without malice or concern of compensation offer up what you have so that others in need will benefit.  It filled my heart to over following.  A few comments later I was struck by a comment that chilled me.  The person was very, very kind in their comment.  That wasn't the issue.  The issue was that they had typed up a "release" that they suggested that she get everyone to sign to prevent her from being sued.

Immediately sadness kicked in.  The fact that in order to do something kind and loving for our fellow man one has to be covered with protection to prevent being sued for said kindness.  Well frankly, I felt ill.  Because the truth is, there is always going to be that one person that will sue.

The movie made my heart heavy in its parody/non-parody of our world, the comment made me feel weary.  Maybe it's the blowing winds, the icy pellets or the grayness of the sky, could be exhaustion.  Or maybe it really is that the world feels lost right now.  I need to do things that will lift my spirit and put my day back on track.

Like I said we have dear friends coming over, I think I shall do a bit of cooking and tidying.  Get ready to "break bread" as my dear Hubs always says.  And then continue to do my own small part to be part of my growing community of helpers.  I like being a part of that particular tribe.  They are people that draw me out, lead me to want to be a part of something more.

Right now there are lemon cheesecake bars with blueberry swirl waiting to be made and popped in the freezer.  They are absolutely heavenly when frozen, amazing when not, but wow... There are chores that need attention and there is solitude that must be savored.

Take a moment my friends to step back, to look at life, to see where you can be a helper and then act.

love and peace...

Happy New Year!

We definitely did not stay up to say good bye to 2021.  Puppies went to bed early, so did we. They woke us up shortly after the new year started, so I guess we rang it in just the same. As I was drifting off after the middle of the night romp I spent some time in silence.  Thinking about this year,  about hopes and dreams, pondering the year ahead.

I spent time sending wishes, hopes and dreams into the heavens to share with all. As I lay in the silence thinking and processing all that has happened in recent years, so many things have hurt us all.  So much has caused fear, so many little things have worked to destroy and damage us.

The wishes I sent heavenward were wrapped in love, hopes, strength, joy and faith.

I wish each of you pure love, the kind that heals wounds and wraps you in a blanket of comfort.  Knowing that there are people surrounding you that will always be there, that will always have your back in your darkest times, lifting you up until you can stand firmly on your own.

I wish each of you true joy.  The kind that bubbles up and fills your every cell with with an effervescence.  The kind of joy that is remembered from childhood.  Where laughter takes over and you are full of silliness.  Things that can be found in puppy kisses, a babies laughter, from playing games and enjoying all there is around us.

I wish each of you health.  Regardless of your focus physical, mental, or emotional, I pray that each of you find the journey to be fulfilling and fruitful.  I hope that the resources you need for the journey are readily available. I am sending each of you prayers and thoughts for strength, stamina, determination, and the ability to set your sights firmly on the prize that you are reaching for.

I wish each of you faith in your own convictions.  The ability to stand firm in what matters to you as a person, as a soul at this time.  Faith in your beliefs, a willingness to be open and honest with yourself, the power to be true to yourself.

I wish each of you abundance.  In whatever way that you need.  Finances, time, friends, or peace to name a few.  The ability to recognize what your heart is hungering for. May the abundance you are searching for flow freely to you.

And finally, I wish each of you kindness.  Kindness for your fellow man. To respect another's belief, even when they do not match your own.  Each of us is here to learn our own lessons, we aren't here to harm one another, but to look at each other with love in our eyes, understanding in our hearts and learn to work together in kindness and love.  Agreeing to disagree and looking for the common ground.

Those are my wishes for each of you.  I pray that 2022 fills your heart, lifts you up and answers your prayers.  You are a powerful, magnificent soul here at this time because you are a part of the changes happening.

love and peace...

a quilt...

I decided I should sit down in a big comfy chair for a bit and stretch my fingers out before I started looking like the hunchback of Notre-D...
